Our unique 'Food@Gate' service allows travellers to order fresh, hot food from any food outlet across the airport via a Segway powered sales team. Food@Gate was also the proud recipient of the 'Best Innovation' award at the India Retail Forum awards, 2015.
TFS manages and operates 13 Airport lounges at Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Nagpur & Chennai. In addition to these, TFS also operates a one of its kind Executive lounge at Vizag Railway Station. Along with Performa, TFS manages the Mumbai International lounge in partnership with Performa, a Gate-group company highly regarded worldwide for designing, managing and servicing airport lounges. The GVK Lounge by TFS Performa won 'World's Best Lounge' & 'Asia's Best Lounge' awards at the World Travel Awards, 2015, 2016 and 2017.
We are on a mission of transforming the railway food experience in India, Driven by the idea of transforming the railway food experience in India, TFS created an International standard food court brand – “Raildhaba”. We started our Raildhaba pilot project in Vishakhapatnam Railway Station in 2016 and now have our footprints across Pune, Madurai and Vijayawada Railway Station. We also own and manage a first-of-its-kind executive lounge in India at Visakhapatnam Railway Station.
Our efforts are recognized at various National and International forums, including the recent FAB Award - "The FAB Dining Transformation Award (Railway Station)" at "The Airport Food & Beverage Conference and Awards 2017".
TFS has introduced brands like Dominos and KFC for the first time on Indian Railway Station along with local favourites like Sai Ram Parlour in Vizag, Jigar Thanda in Madurai and so on. We offer superior culinary experiences at Raildhaba through an exciting mix of partner and in-house brands that are fast changing the face of retail at railway stations in India. All our outlets are FSSAI & IS0 22000:2005 Certified for Railway operations.
With branded food outlets at important highways and meeting points, TFS has expanded its reach to discerning road travellers too.
We started with a pilot "National Food Court" - an International standard food court with brands like KFC, Pizza Hut, CCD, Uncle Chow, Kailash Parbat, and Curry Kitchen and so on. For better passenger experience, we have also introduced retail plus F&B Store called "The Daily Store".
