2.1 Cookies are used on all online tools available to you including, without limitation, the Website to distinguish you from other online users, to analyze how viewers navigate Website with a view to optimize its design, to establish and maintain your logged-on identity if you log on your account with us so that you can move around Website without being asking to log on again.

However, under no circumstances shall credit card payment information be retained or stored in our databases.

TFS Group bears no responsibility for content shared on these platforms unless it has been officially posted by authorized employees representing the TFS Group. Our accountability is limited to the use of Personal Data we collect directly from these platforms for our internal purposes.
We maintain servers in India. However, your information may be processed or back up on servers located in India or outside India. Applicable Data protection laws will be complied with by us and we will apply the same protections described in this Policy. When we receive formal written complaints, we respond by contacting the person who made the complaint. We work to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of your data that we cannot resolve with you directly.
